| Develop scalable network designs, solutions, policies, and recommendations by working with the team of network engineers. |
| Identify research, evaluate and recommend network related solutions and emerging network technologies. |
| Support Island Technology's internal hardware groups by identifying and presenting their requirements to the rest of the network engineering team. |
| Support and lead implementation of Island Technology's growing network infrastructure. |
| Participate in rotating "on call" schedule with other members of the team. |
